Big Bayou Cocktail Sauce is excellent with boiled shrimp of course, but slap it on a fried oyster po'boy or add a tablespoon to your Bloody Mary for a little extra zing. You can also add a dollop of Big Bayou to spice up your meatloaf, hamburgers, pasta sauce, eggs, and just about anything that need a Texas-szed kick of flavor!

- Heidi RothermelJan 6, 2025, 09:58We don’t use this as a cocktail sauce, although it would be delicious. We add it to blah Bloody Mary mixes to add the delicious hint of seafood taste that Big Bayou’s Bloody Mary mix has at a lower price. Try it. You’ll love it!
