Instructions:
Add package to 4cups of water, then add
1 cup canned diced tomatoes with juice
10oz sliced smoked sausage.
Bring to rolling boil; reduce heat,
simmer 20 minutes.
Add 2 cups diced chicken or
1.5 lbs. peeled & deveined shrimp,
cook until heated through.
Serve over cooked rice.
Makes approx. 4-6 servings
Optional: 1/2 lb frozen sliced okra.
