I enjoy foods that are spicy and this ghost pepper salsa does not disappoint! It's hot but I think it's greatest characteristic is it's flavor. We've all had spicy foods where all you could taste was the spice but there is such a great flavor to this salsa that it can be used to enhance the flavor of a lot of different foods. Great on pizza, eggs and anything you'd like to turn up the heat.

Amazingly hot. Plenty of vinegar & fresh roasted garlic at first, then the Scovilles start to register, and they don't stop. Half a teaspoon on a slice of pizza is about all I can handle, and I like spicy food. Bought 6 jars in April, it is now July and have used maybe 1/6th of one jar. Gave 4 of the remaining 5 jars away already. Very much recommended for those who dare :)
