I bought a packet on a recent trip to Fredericksburg and should have bought more. This time I bought 10 because when one of my friends says, "This is delicious! " I want to present them with a packet to take home.

Advantages: Easy to make.

Disadvantages: Not low in calories.

Excellent dip mix. Easy to make ahead and serve often.

Advantages: Easy to mix and serve. Better when allowed to sit for a couple of hours and serve. Rave reviews from my family and guests. Actually great topper to a hot steak.

Disadvantages: Can't go to the local grocery store to restock. It disappears too quickly when served.
