I have eaten sunflower seeds for over 35 years but they irritated my mouth. These don't have that effect on me. They are large seeds that taste great. You will love them.

I love these seeds. I eat sunflower seeds almost on a daily basis. And I very seldom try other products than my usual kind. But I did and I was not disappointed. They were a good size and the flavor was awesome. I am going to try other flavors.
