Since 2014,  Uncle Tharin’s Datil Jelly has been growing Datil Peppers in central Texas and perfecting Datil Pepper Jelly .  We believe we have created the world’s best Pepper Jelly and are excited to share it with you. We are also men in long term recovery from substance use. While we love this Jelly, our Purpose is to use a portion of the profits to help those suffering from addiction find and enter treatment.
