Our story begins right here in Fort Davis, a town surrounded by rugged beauty and steeped in Texas tradition. From the start, we knew that if we were going to sell pecans, we would only do it the right way. That meant sourcing from the Pecan Capital of the World, San Saba, Texas, where generations of growers have perfected the art of raising this extraordinary nut. Every pecan that comes into our shop is shelled, sorted, and shipped in with care.

But it does not stop there. We personally hand pick every pecan to make sure no bitter pieces slip through. This attention to detail may take more time, but it is what makes our pecans stand out. Once we are sure we have only the best, we dry roast or marinate them before finishing with our signature small batch coatings. This process is personal to us. It is where craftsmanship and love meet, and it is the reason so many of our customers tell us our pecans are the best they have ever tasted.
