When we say beware, we mean BEWARE! This kit makes the hottest chili in Texas! We start out with our award winning blend of chilies from New Mexico to create and traditional base then add Bhut Jolika Ghost Chilies to take the heat level where only the hottest fiery food lovers can tolerate. Don't worry, we tone down the ghost chiles with habanero chiles and chilpotles to round out the flavor profile. Can you take the heat?

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY RUN BY VERY NICE AND CONSCIENTIOUS PEOPLE. GREAT PRODUCT (GHOST PEPPER ITEMS ARE HARD TO FIND!).

PACKAGING OF THE CHILI MIX IS VERY ATTRACTIVE AND THE DELIVERY WAS VERY QUICK.

Excellent stuff! It's hot but to someone who lives on hot foods, it's still hot! My son and I loved it. We made it the next day after receiving it. We used small cubed stew meat - it has less fat - and that worked very nicely. We ate all 2 pounds by the next evening and, to our surprise, there was no heat loss sitting in the refrigerator overnight.

It really does make for a nice bowl of what we call Texas Red. Add some shredded cheese to top it off and serve it with saltine crackers and cold beer and you've got as fine a meal as is known to man.

Texas Foods did a great job in making this mixture of spices. It is memorable and I expect I'll be back for more soon.

Hooooooooooooooooooooooooot! The mixture of spices is superb. It makes as good a chili as anything I've eaten before.

None that I can think of. This mix is a grand slam and I don't recommend it for millenials as it is much hotter than anything they would put in their mouths.
