Smo' Better Food SPG Rub

Excellent stuff! It's hot but to someone who lives on hot foods, it's still hot! My son and I loved it. We made it the next day after receiving it. We used small cubed stew meat - it has less fat - and that worked very nicely. We ate all 2 pounds by the next evening and, to our surprise, there was no heat loss sitting in the refrigerator overnight. It really does make for a nice bowl of what we call Texas Red. Add some shredded cheese to top it off and serve it with saltine crackers and cold beer and you've got as fine a meal as is known to man. Texas Foods did a great job in making this mixture of spices. It is memorable and I expect I'll be back for more soon.
