This salsa is made with one of the hottest peppers in the world, the Bhut Jolokia Pepper, also known as the Ghost Pepper.
Made in a traditional style of salsa verde except with an extra kick of heat! We use only fresh tomatillos, cilantro, garlic and onions. The extra kick comes from the Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) which is one of the hottest peppers in the world, over 1,000,000+ Scoville Heat Units.

- AndyJun 6, 2016, 07:00This salsa is outstanding. I keep going back for more even though I know it is going to burn pretty darn good. The flavor is just too good to resist. The garlic comes on strong which I love and the sweetness of the tomatillo is just right. If actual fire tasted like this, I think I would still eat it. Well done!
