A homage to a Peruvian dish called “Seco” one of my favorites! Made by blending fresh cilantro, spices, garlic, onions, and chili peppers then simmered for a perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

INGREDIENTS: Jalapenos, Aji Amarillo, Apple Cider Vinegar, Yellow Onions, Cilantro, Green Onions, Red bell pepper, Grape Seed Oil, Nutritional Yeast, Organic Dates, Himalayan Pink Salt, Dried Oregano, Garlic Powder, Roasted Cumin Seeds.

Many hot sauces are very acidic and this is just smooth with the right consistency. I can't eat eggs without it. Very flavorful with a creamy, warm, slightly sweet finish. Disadvantages: The bottle is much too small and should have a larger option at a reasonable price.
