INGREDIENTS: Paprika, Chili Pepper, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Onion, Oregano, Bayleafs, Sage, Thyme and other spices.

To make special sausage the old Mexico style: Combine 1.5 oz of chorizo spice with 1/3 cup of white vinegar, and work into 1lb of ground meat of your choice. Marinate preferably overnight. Drain the liquid. It is now ready to use in your favorite recipe. Suggestions: Cook and mix with fried diced potatoes, or mix with egg, or refried beans. Can be used as a topping over baked potatoes.
