          Growing up, Mother made her own chow-chow, and I, we the whole family liked it very much. We put it on hotdogs, in pinto beans, on sandwiches. I even recall chow-chow and Miracle Whip "sammiches."
          She passed in 2000, her last batch having been made min-90s. I ran out in mid-2000s.
          Mrs. Renfro Mild Chow-Chow truly takes me back to having Mother's; it is the ONLY commercial brand I have found that tastes *right*! 💖💖💖💖💖

          I’ve used Mrs Renfro’s chow chow for years and was sad to see that it was no longer available in our grocery store (no one could give me a reason). So I goggled and found I could get it directly from to manufacture so I did.

          Product arrived on time but was opened enough that a little bit leaked out. I tightened the jar and put it in the refrigerator and enjoyed.

          The North Carolina-born Mother (recipient) recommends this condiment very highly

          It has a great flavor and fine vegetable texture, not excessive vinegar either.
