The Hatchanero Hot Sauce is a great hot sauce for people who want the flavors of the peppers and chilis to be the star of their sauce. Initially I wasn't blown away by it since I was trying to compare it to the Garlicky Greengo Hot Sauce which comes straight at you with a tangy garlic flavor that I love. However, I've come to really appreciate the pure pepper and chili flavors of the Hatchanero Hot Sauce.

My wife and I both love this sauce and put it on foods from breakfast to dinner. We've mixed it in soups and other dishes to add a distinctive flavor. I've been sending bottles to our son in Arizona as he also likes this product. We love all chilis and the spicier the better. I would recommend this product to anyone.
It has a great chili taste with the right amount of heat.
I now of no disadvantages. - DinoFeb 26, 2018, 06:00Once I tried the Hatchanero Hot sauce and shared it with my family that was it! I am not a hot sauce expert, but this is better than your average hot sauce. Makes my poultry, meat, eggs and almost everything else taste amazing!

Better than the rest and I am not a fan of vinegar in my hot sauces and has little to none!
