Fischer & Wieser Texas Wildflower Jelly Collection

Our wildflower jellies are a tribute to our Texas Wildflowers. Jenny Wieser's mom, Jean, created them with the flavors she imagined they would have.

The Texas Buttercup inspired Jean to make a jelly to honor this beautiful flower that delivers a butterscotch, orange flavor. Wonderful on any kind of pastry or cracker.
INGREDIENTS: Pure Cane Sugar, Orange Juice (from concentrate), Pectin (sucrose, pectin, citric acid), Rum Extract, Natural Butter Flavor.

The Texas Yellow Rose inspired Jean to make a jelly to honor this beautiful flower that delivers a coconut, orange flavor. Wonderful on any kind of pastry or cracker.
