Believe it or not, I found a jar of this salsa on the top of my butcher's meat countertop. Looked good, so I gave it a try - best doggone salsa in a jar, and better than a lot of homemade ones....my favorite from now on....

Mateo's Gourmet Medium Salsa is currently my favorite salsa of all time. Just the right amount of heat for me, but what makes it stand out are the seasonings. Everyone has different taste buds, but you can't go wrong with this one. I have also tried the hot flavor, which is also excellent but just a little too much heat for me. Both are fine products & arrived at my house unbroken 1500 miles away.

The best jarred salsa I've ever found. I go through a jar every week or two. When I'm buying it I also recommend it to anyone standing near me!! I checked 6 Walmarts in my area and all of them are out, so I have to order it directly and pay $2 more per jar because I can't be without it!

Best salsa I ever had. Little bit smoky. Very flavorful. I discovered it at a grocer on Orcas Island, WA but can't find it in Seattle, so I order from Texas Foods.
