I love this product. Adds flavor and depth to any dish but the smokey flavor is also a quick cheat if you want the flavor and even the smell of an all-day smoker.

I first brought this for use on vegetable, squash but over time I found that it went well with many foods/meats, The imagination is your only limit,

I've used this for years to add a great flavor to steaks, chicken,...just about any meat..that we grill. I give it 5 stars easily!

Adds a nice southwestern flavor to most anything. I use it when sauteing poblano peppers and bell peppers for cheesy hashbrowns. Mesquite has a tar component to it so even non-stick pans can become a mess over time. I recommend wiping the pan down with dry and wet paper towels and then I use Dawn soap, water (not a lot), salt and baking soda with a plastic bristle brush to keep the pans clean.

Perfect on roasted veggies with steak seasoning added!

I first bought this at the Ft Worth Stock Show. I have bought several more bottles of this and the onion infused and the country herb. I LOVE the flavors. I have used these oils on meat, vegetables, in dressings and marinades. I have sent these olive oils to my family and they are estatic over the flavor and versatility of these olive oils.
