Heating Instructions:

- Completely Thaw Brisket
- Remove thawed Brisket from vacuum package and place in heating pan fat side up.
- Add ¼ cup of water to pan and cover with foil.
- Place in pre-heated oven at 300° and heat for approximately 60 – 90 minutes.
- Heat to 160° internal temp.
- Remove, Slice, and Serve.
