Joy Pepper jellies are made with real fruit and fresh jalapenos. The pepper seeds and ribs are removed in the making so that the end result is a great jalapeno taste without the heat. Aside from the obvious, toast and/or biscuits, any of the jellies make a great baste, marinade or glaze for baked or grilled meats. Also, a quick and highly appreciated appetizer is any Joy Pepper Jalapeno jelly over cream cheese.

The cherry is especially good with baked chicken...about 10 minutes before the chicken is done, take it out and put a bit of jelly over. Put it back in the oven for that last 10 minutes for an easy cherry chicken.
